Drink whatever you want on your load days; including soda, beer, wine, liquor, sake, etc. Fast food: Hardys Thickburgers, Wendys Triples, Outback Cheese fries, Bloomin Onions, go for it! Dr. Simeons specifically lists milk chocolate, pastries with whipped cream, sugar, fried meats (particularly pork), eggs and bacon, mayonnaise, bread with thick butter and jam, etc. Some things I have eaten on loads: Pizza. Shrimp and grits.
